Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rates

• Kuwait: We offer local delivery within Kuwait for a flat rate of 3 KD.
• Worldwide: For international orders, we charge a flat rate of 5 KD for shipping.

2. Processing Time

• We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

3. Preorder Items

• If your order contains preorder items, please note that we will wait until the preorder item arrives before shipping your entire order.
• The estimated arrival date for preorder items will be provided at the time of purchase. Once the item arrives, we will ship it to you immediately.

4. Shipping Confirmation

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) so you can track your order's progress.

5. Shipping Delays

• While we aim to process and ship all orders promptly, delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping carrier, and any unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in case of any delays.

6. Order Tracking

• You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. This allows you to stay updated on the status of your shipment.

7. Shipping Restrictions

• At this time, BoostClub ships to most countries. However, some locations may have restrictions or additional fees. Please contact us at support@boostclubkw.com for any shipping inquiries outside of Kuwait and our standard international regions.
